Job summary

ScottsMiracle-Gro in Marysville, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our 1.3M sq ft Distribution Center. You will lead shift operations, manage inbound/outbound shipping, and ensure inventory accuracy and cost-efficient flows across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience, plus SAP familiarity and strong leadership. Weekend work is possible during peak seasons.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related study preferred.
At least 5 years experience in warehouse supervision or supervision in a production environment.
Basic understanding of distribution, transportation, inventory control, and freight routing.
Computer skills including Google Suite, Excel, Word, and Access.
Strong leadership and a highly effective communicator with great time management.
Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and weekends during busy seasons.
SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead shift operations within the Marysville Distribution Center.
Ensure the customer shipping schedule is obtained and review shifts accordingly.
Direct associates to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with packaging to maintain product quality and uptime.
Utilize SAP to monitor inventory and quality; make adjustments as needed.
Train and develop associates in surge and loading procedures and customer requirements.
Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, compliant work area.
Monitor and order services or supplies as needed.
