Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to warehouse associates, forklift drivers, and clerks.
• Oversee daily picking, packing, staging, and loading operations to ensure orders ship on time.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and carriers for daily pickups; verify shipping documents.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct safety meetings and maintain equipment.
• Monitor KPIs and provide real-time coaching; conduct cycle counts and manage inventory.
