Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform state-mandated vehicle inspections per Maryland DOT regulations.
• Inspect safety equipment, emissions, frame, tires, lights, brakes, and other components.
• Document inspection results and issue certificates when appropriate.
• Explain inspection findings to customers and recommend repairs or maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area and tools.
• Stay current with Maryland inspection procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols during inspections.
