Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Maryland-licensed attorney to manage active litigation matters, draft and file pleadings, and represent clients at hearings across the region.

The role emphasizes negotiation, case strategy, and timely resolutions with travel reimbursement; no billable hour requirement and potential earnings from settlements. Strong communication, organization, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Maryland.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation, courtroom procedures, and case management.
• Ability to evaluate legal matters, develop resolution strategies, and negotiate effective settlements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other technology in a professional legal environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of client service.
• Previous experience in collections, creditors’ rights, debt recovery, or litigation is preferred, but industry-specific training is available for the right candidate.
