Responsibilities

• Handle negotiations and work toward resolution of active litigation matters.
• Draft, review, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other case-related documents.
• Appear at hearings and trials throughout your designated region. Mileage and approved travel expenses are reimbursed.
• Coordinate with internal team members, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases toward timely and appropriate resolutions.
