Job summary

APPLY is a leading agentic CX partner working with top consumer brands to architect and deliver MarTech and CDP integrations. We collaborate with clients to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery with a focus on outcomes.

We seek a senior architect with deep experience in CDPs, marketing automation, and cloud platforms to drive implementations across CRM, CDP, and analytics layers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years integrating third-party tools and ETL solutions.
• 2+ years with CDPs (Mixpanel or Tealium).
• 2+ years working with clients or stakeholders.
• Experience designing CDP/marketing automation integrations.
• Experience with APIs and at least one of: Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Heroku, or iPaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and define target-state architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation.
• Guide implementations end-to-end, from documentation and planning through detailed requirements and support for build.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, event and identity models, and roadmaps.
• Write technical requirements for engineers and manage scope with project management.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive decisions and align delivery with outcomes, timelines, and dependencies.
• Architect and support integrations across the MarTech stack and design data schemas for analytics.
