Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Freelance Solutions Architect to lead CRM/CDP and Marketing Automation integrations for multinational brands. You will guide documentation, requirements, and coding work across Martech stacks, while acting as an SME in client discussions and strategic proposals.

With 5+ years in software development and strong experience in CDP tools, you’ll design end-to-end data flows, optimize lifecycle programs, and collaborate with engineers, data teams, and marketing stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years integrating 3rd party tools and ETL solutions.
• 2+ years working with CDP tools like Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Treasure Data.
• 2+ years of client or stakeholder interaction.
• Designed CDP or Marketing Automation integrations and led implementations.
• Experience with APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud tech (AWS, GCP, Heroku).
• Strong JSON or SQL data modeling and reverse ETL knowledge.
• Ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Platform experience with Shopify or Magento.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM/CDP/Marketing Automation implementations from start to finish.
• Document requirements and guide technical teams to successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities and design Martech stacks from scratch.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on deliverables.
• Present SME insights in client meetings and sales discussions.
• Support marketing analytics and understand user journeys across channels.
