Job summary

Luxoft in the United States is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the modernization of a MarTech and Customer Membership platform landscape.

You will assess current architecture, define target-state solutions, and drive a roadmap for scalable engagement, loyalty, CRM, CDP, and marketing activation using cloud, AWS, Kafka, and event-driven patterns. Hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder communication, and architectural governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solution/software architecture for distributed systems.
• Expertise in event-driven architecture.
• Experience defining target-state architectures and modernization roadmaps.
• Experience with legacy transformation and migration initiatives.
• MarTech/customer domain experience (loyalty, CRM, CDP, consent, engagement).
• Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL.
• Strong CI/CD and trunk-based development.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, Terraform.
• API-led and event-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other iPaaS solutions.
• Involvement in modernization, vendor evaluation, or platform-selection initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder communication and architectural leadership.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current MarTech and customer platform architecture.
• Define target-state architecture and modernization strategies.
• Design scalable, event-driven integration solutions.
• Develop migration roadmaps for complex legacy landscapes.
• Support technology and vendor evaluations.
• Drive architecture governance through RFCs and ADRs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership and promote engineering best practices.
