Job summary

Apply is seeking a Freelance Solutions Architect with a strong background in integrating Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools. The role involves guiding CRM/CDP implementations end-to-end, drafting requirements, and shaping Martech stacks to deliver client outcomes.

You will act as a subject matter expert in client meetings, support marketing analytics, and map user journeys across multi-channel campaigns, ensuring data quality and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience integrating 3rd party tools and planning ETL solutions.
• 2+ years of direct experience with CDP tools (Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Treasure Data).
• 2+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM/CDP/Marketing Automation implementation from planning to requirements.
• Identify tech-based opportunities and design Martech stacks from scratch.
• Provide specs to internal team and coordinate with PMs/engineers for success.
• Lead projects and communicate deliverables to clients.
