Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex MarTech programs from definition through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Establish and manage development operating model with milestones and risks.
• Coordinate execution across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, IT, Legal and external partners.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders on scope, dependencies, and launch readiness.
• Identify cross-program dependencies and mitigate delivery risks.
• Establish governance, reporting, and program health communications.
• Define and track program outcomes, adoption, and business impact.
