Job description

Yum! Brands is seeking a Product Operations Analyst III, RED360 to support business intake, requirements documentation, delivery coordination, and platform adoption for RED360, Yum!’s customer data and marketing technology ecosystem.

This role will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to help translate business needs into clear requirements, track delivery inputs, and support consistent execution across RED360 use cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across business and technical teams, and able to bring structure to moderately complex initiatives involving customer data, audience activation, measurement, and analytics capabilities.

This is an individual contributor role that supports established RED360 processes and partners with senior team members to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and elevate risks or blockers as needed.

Business Intake, Discovery & Requirements Support
  • Support intake and documentation for RED360 use cases and requirements with brand stakeholders across KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger.
  • Gather and organize business and technical requirements related to customer data, audience activation, measurement, analytics, and MarTech capabilities.
  • Help facilitate discovery sessions and cross-functional workshops by preparing materials, capturing notes, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Analyze incoming requests against established intake criteria, delivery processes, known dependencies, and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and senior team members to clarify requirements and prepare use cases for review.
  • Identify ambiguity, risks, or competing stakeholder needs and raise them appropriately to product or technical leads for decision-making.
Product Delivery & Execution Support
  • Translate approved business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and delivery inputs.
  • Support backlog readiness by ensuring requirements are complete, organized, and aligned to established quality standards before sprint planning.
  • Coordinate planning inputs, dependency tracking, release readiness activities, and status updates across delivery teams.
  • Track delivery progress, open issues, risks, and action items, escalating blockers to product, program, or technical leads as needed.
  • Serve as a day-to-day connector between business and technical teams to support execution, follow‑through, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain delivery dashboards, KPI updates, and operational reporting for review by product and program leaders.
CDP Platform & Process Support
  • Build functional knowledge of the RED360 ecosystem and support business adoption of established platform processes.
  • Document workflows, business processes, intake standards, execution procedures, and stakeholder guidance materials.
  • Support enablement activities by preparing training materials, process guides, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with vendors and technical teams to help troubleshoot issues, track enhancements, and support platform optimization.
  • Develop working knowledge of audience management, customer segmentation, activation workflows, measurement frameworks, and MarTech integrations.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across Brands, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Technology, Product, and external partners.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, and follow‑ups clearly to project teams and functional partners.
  • Support alignment across teams by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking decisions, and following up on open items.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of intake, documentation, and delivery processes.
  • Help ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into request status, delivery next steps, and outstanding dependencies.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, MarTech, digital product delivery, customer data platforms, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, requirements gathering, process documentation, or delivery coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, audience activation, customer analytics, digital marketing, or MarTech ecosystems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, track dependencies, and follow through on action items.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain business and technical information clearly.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, or Technology teams.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments while escalating new or more complex issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Treasure Data or similar Customer Data Platform tools.
  • Experience supporting audience activation, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, or measurement use cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, or sprint planning.
  • Experience creating process documentation, stakeholder communications, dashboards, or operational reporting.
  • Experience working in restaurant, retail, consumer, loyalty, or digital commerce environments.
