Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics or customer data platforms) preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Marketing technology leadership and SOP/policy adherence within MarTech.
• Supervisory duties: interviewing, hiring, and coaching Martech team; workload planning.
• Team project management on IT projects with budget and schedule control.
• Administrative: vendor relations, test case design, vendor patches validation.
• Training and documentation: develop procedures and user guides with business stakeholders.
