Job summary

Insight Global in Plano, TX is seeking a Martech Business Analyst to bridge marketing and technology teams by gathering requirements, writing user stories, and composing technical documentation related to Martech systems such as CRM, CDP, and loyalty platforms.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, and media teams to ensure alignment with business needs, build reusable briefs, and use Martech data to report insights to leadership while maturing the group’s requirements and methodology.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in business analyst roles.
• Martech experience- CRM, CDP, and loyalty systems.
• Well versed in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and building user stories.

An employer is looking for a Martech Business Analyst in the Plano, TX area. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between marketing and technology teams through gathering requirements, writing user stories, and building out technical documentation related to the Martech space. You will define these requirements through engagement with marketing and media team, and partner with engineering to ensure their alignment, meets the need of the business. These requirements will primarily be related development efforts for CRM, CDP, and loyalty systems. You will writ technical briefs and documentation for others to leverage as it related to the technical processes and environment. Additional tasks will include leveraging Martech data to share/ report to leadership on, parter with marketing/ media partners for related projects, and help mature the overall requirements and methodology in this group
