Empower Pharmacy is a fast-growing healthcare technology company redefining access to medications. We seek a Principal of Marketing Automation & Technology to design, deploy, and optimize a scalable martech stack powering growth across marketing, product, sales, and engineering.

The role focuses on AI‑assisted workflows, data governance, and cross‑functional enablement, delivering measurable improvements in lead lifecycle, segmentation, and campaign operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related role.
• Experience at mid‑market or growth‑stage tech companies with ability to build in ambiguous environments.
• Four‑year degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Healthcare, pharma, or other regulated environments exposure to HIPAA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Martech Platform Management: integrates and maintains marketing technologies (Pardot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Automation & Optimization: designs end‑to‑end marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• AI & Architecture: leads AI tools deployment and scalable martech architecture; defines data governance and standards.
• Cross‑Functional Enablement: partners with product, sales, and tech teams; develops training and enables stakeholders.
