Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Convention Services Manager to drive catering and F&B sales while ensuring our hotel delivers standout events. You’ll build lasting client relationships, coordinate banquet operations, and collaborate with sales and catering teams to meet revenue goals.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, smooth event execution, and a proactive, growth-minded mindset. The position is an overtime-eligible manager role with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills are desirable.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.

With the support of our Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services, you’ll work your magic to hit revenue goals, wow meeting planners, and keep our guests—and your career—moving forward. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.
