Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA offers a unique, full-time Flex Houseparent role for a married couple. You will reside in on-campus homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development within a structured, family-style setting.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, devotions, driving to activities, and budget reporting. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hold a valid US driver’s license and be willing to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
