Milton Hershey School invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes, supervise a group of 8–13 students, and guide their academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

Experience working or volunteering with youth.
Ability to supervise and mentor students daily.
Twosome role requires teamwork and reliability.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
Managing household routines and student schedules.
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
Initially supporting various student homes with a nine days on / three days off cycle.
Transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with a consistent student group.
