Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of about 8–13 students, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development toward reaching their potential.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Chapel

Qualifications

• Two-person couple married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Must be willing to reside on campus on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and support Sunday Chapel attendance.
