Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, and help shape academic, emotional, and social development in a structured, family-like setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth in a caregiving setting.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical tasks related to household duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students in campus homes.
• Manage household routines and student schedules to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Administer medications and support student wellness and transportation needs.
• Lead devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, fostering a supportive environment.
• Oversee budgeting, household reporting, and contribute to program planning.
