Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, provide care and guidance for a group of 8-13 students, and help create a structured, family-like environment.

The role involves supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and supporting student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year married couples minimum of two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Experience with youth required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and lead developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
