Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and support 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to promote academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role includes supervision, scheduling, medical support, transportation, devotional leadership, and budgeting. The schedule starts with nine days on duty, then three off, with potential placement in a single home long-term.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
