Lead a diverse team and partner with Sales, Technology, Data, and leadership to implement enterprise-wide analytics frameworks.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise analytics and commercial intelligence experience.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable analytics solutions.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and governance.
• Experience in capital markets or securities services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Client Intelligence function within Markets Commercial & Client Strategy.
• Develop and manage a team of analytics and data professionals.
• Create scalable frameworks transforming data into actionable commercial insights.
• Analyze client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop quantitative methodologies to link engagement with revenue.
• Establish leading indicators and performance metrics.
• Leverage AI to automate insight generation and decision making.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements to technology teams and ensure delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Tech, Data, Product, and Relationship Management.
