About the Role:
As the Marketplace Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving operations across our diverse and growing global online retail/marketplace channels, including Amazon US and International, Walmart.com, Target.com, TikTok Shop, and others. You will own daily operations of each channel, and will be accountable for channel revenue.
This role is fundamental to the success of the fast-evolving and dynamic marketplace team at Dr. Squatch, and is a great opportunity for a smart, scrappy, motivated individual to take ownership, shape their role to maximize impact, and drive results. The scope will include a combination of driving strategic projects to advance the business; analytical reporting and problem-solving; and tactical operations leadership and hands-on implementation to support critical objectives.
This role involves managing multiple revenue channels across the business (e.g. Amazon International in collaboration with the International team, Walmart.com in collaboration with the Retail team). It is best suited for someone who thrives when juggling diverse work, and is organized and skilled at project management. The role is highly cross-functional and requires a strong communicator and team player.
This role will report to the Director, Marketplaces.
This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of Squatch HQ in Marina del Rey, CA.
The anticipated base compensation for this role will be $100,000 to $125,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
