Scope Infotech, Inc. seeks a Program & Technical Strategy Senior Consultant to enable design, scale, and management of complex Marketplace programs.

You will lead cross‑functional delivery with a strong technical background, agile leadership, and risk analysis for executive audiences. The ideal candidate has deep Marketplace systems experience, AWS-based architecture expertise, and familiarity with policy/regulatory frameworks.

Qualificações

• 5+ yrs experience participating in the FFE.
• PMP preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Policy, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level reports and position papers.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and performance metrics.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with experience maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support lead in the design, scaling, and ongoing management of complex, cross-organizational Marketplace programs that align with executive priorities.
• Serve as a trusted fraud SME, informing Marketplace fraud operations, enrollment‑integrity strategies, and decision‑making.
• Diagnose and resolve Marketplace technical issues using strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud‑native architecture, and deployment processes.
• Apply Agile PMP expertise to manage multi‑team backlogs, dependencies, sprint execution, and delivery cadence.
• Lead change‑management activities and coordinate communication across ADOs, leadership, fraud teams, and policy partners.
• Develop and deliver executive‑ready reports—dashboards, risk summaries, fraud insights, and readiness assessments.
