Qualifications

5+ years in business operations, pricing/commercial strategy, or strategic finance.
Experience at a marketplace, fintech, or B2B SaaS company strongly preferred.
Design pricing models and margin-management systems.
Strong quantitative skills and data-visualization proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and build pricing frameworks for the marketplace as it expands into new services.
Lead pricing analysis and recommendations balancing competitiveness with margin.
Own marketplace take rate and margin performance; diagnose and act on gaps.
