Job summary

Computer World Services is seeking a Marketplace Domain SME to provide expertise in ACA Health Insurance Marketplace operations. You will support the Service Desk by ensuring that knowledge management, training curricula, and communications are accurate and current.

Moreover, you will lead development of resources, provide training for the team, and support account management outreach while ensuring compliance with QHP certification cycles.

The position offers a remote work environment with occasional visits to CMS in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in CMS CCIIO Marketplace operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in QHP certification processes.
• Experience developing knowledge management content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary subject matter authority on ACA/PPACA policy.
• Lead development of MSD knowledge base.
• Design and deliver training for Customer Service Representatives.
