Job summary

quip is seeking a Marketplace Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and 3P marketplaces from our DUMBO, Brooklyn hybrid office. You will own launches, optimize catalog and ads, and partner with agencies to drive growth.

You’ll bring hands-on experience with Seller Central or TikTok Shop Seller Center, paired with strong analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate between creative, marketing, operations, and CX

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in ecommerce or marketplace management
• Hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Experience working with external agencies: briefing, reviewing outputs, and accountability
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and dashboards
• Excellent organization and proactive communication across multiple marketplaces
• Ability to manage several marketplaces simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and other 3P marketplaces
• Monitor Buy Box ownership and unauthorized sellers; escalate when needed
• Plan and execute promotional strategy across marketplaces; align with agencies
• Maintain support files for marketplace operations (catalogs, calendars, trackers)
• Communicate marketplace plans to internal and external partners
• Escalation point for marketplace buyer messaging; agencies handle day-to-day responses
• Lead operational build-out of new marketplaces (cataloging, content, ads setup)
• Audit and maintain product detail pages across marketplaces
• Oversee demand planning and inventory health across marketplaces
• Own marketplace forecast for new item launches and coordinate with teams
