Qualifications

• 4–6 years of strategy, operations, or marketplace analytics experience.
• Strong data skills with dashboards and data quality focus.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets; BI tools experience.
• Proven cross-functional execution and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace levers to scale growth, capacity, and customer experience.
• Build dashboards and health reports for regular business reviews across sites and markets.
• Diagnose marketplace performance, identify drivers, and implement changes with cross-functional partners.
• Improve supply-demand balancing through analysis and allocation decisions with Operations.
