Culligan Retail North America is seeking a Manager, Marketplaces to own and grow our online marketplace business across Walmart.com, Target.com and other 3P accounts. The role collaborates with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to improve assortment, pricing and promotions.

You will forecast performance, manage profitability by account, and lead content, pricing, and fulfillment decisions. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in e-commerce are required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
• Hands-on experience growing Walmart.com and Target.com, including item setup and pricing.
• Working knowledge of 3P marketplaces, including fulfillment options, fees and account health.
• Command of the digital shelf: content, search, ratings and reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Walmart.com and Target.com businesses end to end, including assortment, item setup, pricing, promotions and in-stock performance.
• Manage remaining online retail dot-com accounts and seller-model marketplaces, including fulfillment model, fees and account health.
• Build day-to-day relationships with merchant, site and operations contacts at each account.
• Run a promotional and event calendar by account, from seasonal moments to retailer-led events.
• Forecast marketplace performance and provide inputs to weekly sales and supply planning; manage profitability by account.
