Culligan Retail North America (CRNA) seeks a Manager, Marketplaces to own our online retail presence across Walmart.com, Target.com and 3P marketplaces. You will drive assortment, pricing, promotions and content, while partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to optimize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer product e-commerce, hands-on Walmart/Target experience, and strong Excel-based analytics. A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in e-commerce or marketplace account management in consumer products.
• Hands-on experience growing Walmart.com and Target.com, including item setup, content, pricing and promotions.
• Working knowledge of seller-model (3P) marketplaces, including fulfillment options, fees and account health.
• Command of the digital shelf: content, search, ratings and reviews.
• Analytical strength with POS, shipment and syndicated data, and fluency in Excel.

Aufgaben

• Own marketplace accounts end to end (Walmart.com, Target.com and 3P).
• Manage content, pricing, promotions and in-stock performance.
• Build day-to-day relationships with merchant, site and operations contacts.
• Lead promotional and event calendars by account.
• Own digital shelf assets: content, imagery, ratings and reviews, search performance.
• Forecast marketplace performance and contribute to SIOP and profitability by account.
