Job summary

Venchi is seeking a highly organized Digital Wholesale & Marketplace Specialist in New York to own Venchi’s marketplace storefronts, onboard products, and optimize pages for discovery and conversion. You’ll drive promotions, monitor pricing, and collaborate with marketing and sales to grow digital revenue across Faire, Goldbelly, Uber Eats, and DoorDash.

The role emphasizes analytical and creative problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on premium brand presentation

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, marketplace management, or related commercial functions.
• Experience managing digital marketplace platforms, online storefronts, or third-party commerce channels preferred.
• Food, retail, luxury, consumer goods, or omnichannel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Venchi's marketplace storefronts, ensuring listings, content, imagery, and pricing are accurate and on-brand.
• Manage product onboarding, catalog updates, seasonal launches, and assortment changes across all marketplace partners.
• Optimize product pages to improve discoverability, conversion, and customer experience.
• Curate marketplace-specific merchandising strategies and identify future marketplace partners.
• Ensure the Venchi brand is presented consistently and premiumly across all touchpoints.
• Support marketplace revenue growth through promotional planning, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate marketplace marketing initiatives, sponsored placements, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor pricing, margins, and promotional effectiveness to ensure profitable growth.
• Identify and onboard new marketplace platforms to extend Venchi growth into digital B2B and marketplace channels.
• Maintain catalog accuracy, inventory availability, and operational readiness across all platforms.
• Act as day-to-day contact for external marketplace agency and platform account managers to unlock growth programs and resolve issues.
• Monitor channel health, customer reviews, ratings, and service metrics; escalate and resolve issues when needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for marketplace support teams and platform-related troubleshooting.
• Track marketplace KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, promotions) to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Develop weekly and monthly reporting to provide business insights and recommendations.
