Venchi is seeking a Digital Wholesale & Marketplace Specialist in New York to manage and grow our presence across Faire, Goldbelly, Uber Eats and DoorDash. You’ll own the marketplace ecosystem, optimize storefronts, launch promotions, and partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to drive premium brand performance.

This role rewards a data-driven, creative mindset with strong collaboration across Commercial teams to deliver measurable revenue growth and superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or marketplace management.
• Experience managing digital marketplace platforms or online storefronts is preferred.
• Food, retail, luxury, or omnichannel experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into sales actions.
• Commercial mindset with growth orientation and good storytelling in brand presentation.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day management of Venchi's marketplace storefronts, ensuring listings, content, imagery, and pricing are accurate, current, and on-brand.
• Manage product onboarding, catalog updates, seasonal launches, and assortment changes across all marketplace partners.
• Optimize product pages to improve discoverability, conversion, and customer experience.
• Curate marketplace-specific merchandising strategies and identify future partners.
• Maintain catalog accuracy, inventory availability, and operational readiness across all platforms.
• Coordinate with external marketplace agencies and platform account managers to unlock growth programs.
• Monitor channel health, reviews, and service metrics, escalating issues when needed.
• Track KPIs and develop weekly/monthly reporting to support strategic decisions.
