Fanatics is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Assistant Manager to drive growth across Fanatics Collectibles’ digital channels. You will own daily operations for Amazon U.S.

and Walmart.com, manage launch activities, optimize listings, pricing, and content, and oversee the Target DSV program in collaboration with GTM, Analytics, Finance, and Logistics teams. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in ecommerce marketplace operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a proven track record with 3P

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly operating cadence for Amazon U.S. and Walmart.com, managing sales, traffic, and Buy Box health.
• Handle pre-order setup, launch timing, and in-flight adjustments to capture demand ahead of street dates.
• Manage listing health, pricing, channel policy, and escalations across Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Identify competitive threats to Buy Box performance and drive corrective actions.
