Job summary

Smartcat is seeking a Marketplace Delivery Manager to own the onboarding experience and ensure marketplace adoption across the customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to steady-state operations. You will guide customers through Smartcat’s marketplace model and technologies, reducing risks and enabling multilingual content delivery.

This outcome-driven role requires operational ownership and the ability to manage multiple workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
• Experience with marketplace environments or large vendor/freelancer pools is a strong plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to scope projects, allocate resources, manage risk, and track delivery performance.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline current processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full onboarding and continuous improvement coverage for new and existing customers using the Smartcat Marketplace.
• Leverage Smartcat’s automation technologies to reach 90% workflow automation across supported accounts.
• Ensure 100% SLA compliance for quality and on‑time delivery, stepping in when needed.
• Build and maintain trusted vendor teams, enabling them with Smartcat AI tools and best practices.
