The Marketplace Data Analyst will drive smarter decision-making by evaluating performance, uncovering revenue opportunities, and delivering actionable insights across the organization.

The role focuses on recurring and ad-hoc reporting, dashboards, and KPI development, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue strategy in a data-driven env.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries across relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in analysis and communication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and inventory allocation across events and business units.
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting on KPIs, revenue trends, and customer behavior.
• Maintain a portfolio of standardized reporting assets, including dashboards and scheduled deliverables for stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and communicate growth opportunities through data-backed recommendations on sales strategy, pricing, and channel optimization.
• Support internal stakeholders by creating clear, compelling reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers, with AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Monitor industry trends across live events and secondary marketplaces to inform strategy.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner across teams including Partnerships, Business Development, Operations, and Data Products.
