Block Renovation is rebuilding the $500B+ renovation industry and operates a nationwide marketplace that connects homeowners with contractors. We seek a Marketplace Customer Success Lead to own activation, engagement, and proposal conversion across our platform, reporting to the Associate Director of Contractor Network.

You will drive activation across markets, design campaigns for declined matches, and partner with product, recruitment, and sales to improve the platform.

Competenze

• Preferred: Experience in construction, home services, real estate, or two-sided marketplaces.
• Familiarity with CRMs and operational dashboards.

• Drive Contractor Activation & Engagement across markets.
• Own contractor performance metrics and training resources.
• Identify root causes of low engagement and design proactive campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Recruitment, and Sales to improve the platform.
