Centene Corporation is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to support its nationwide program. The role involves interpreting regulations, managing reporting, and leading audits and training initiatives remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.

Ideal candidates have a legal-related degree and 3+ years in compliance/privacy/regulatory affairs, with HIPAA knowledge and experience in policy development and agency liaison work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related legal field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
• Experience with HIPAA and state regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to external information requests for regulatory filings.
• Manage compliance reporting and inquiries from state and federal agencies.
• Lead ethics and compliance projects or implementations.
• Review regulatory requirements and draft policy statements.
• Assist in annual code of conduct attestation and remediation.
• Communicate state and federal requirements to internal and external clients.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve compliance issues.
• Maintain regulatory documentation to support corporate standards.
• Develop and conduct compliance training programs.
• Perform periodic audits and risk assessments for ongoing monitoring.
• Assist health plans with agency relationships and policy issues.
