Job summary

ABM is seeking a driven Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist to elevate our email campaigns and nurture programs. You will own hands-on Marketo tasks, from developing emails to forms, landing pages, and scoring logic, ensuring campaigns deploy on time and with high quality.

The role is hybrid, based in Dunwoody, GA, with in-office Mondays through Thursdays. The position offers a salary range of $95,000–$110,000 plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Email marketing and campaign management skills.
• Ability to analyze and act on performance data.
• Familiarity with segmentation and list management.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, QA, execution, maintenance and reporting of Marketo programs.
• Develop emails, landing pages, forms, nurtures, and scoring logic in Marketo.
• Coordinate with business units to optimize programs and targeting.
• Collaborate with CRM and other systems to ensure data integrity and seamless handoffs.
• Experiment with AI-driven approaches to improve content creation, QA, segmentation, and reporting.
