The Marketing Technology Internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to explore the intersection of marketing and technology within a collaborative, project‑driven environment. Interns will support key initiatives related to marketing automation, CRM systems, vendor governance and data‑driven marketing campaign strategies and automation. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining practical experience in marketing operations while contributing to impactful projects that align with broader business goals. As a Marketing Technology Intern, you’ll support the execution of marketing automation, CRM development, and data‑driven initiatives that help drive business outcomes. Working alongside the Marketing Operations team, you’ll gain exposure to real‑world projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the optimisation of marketing systems and processes. This role is ideal for students who are curious about the intersection of marketing and technology and eager to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Application Timeline:

We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid‑September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid‑October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.

If you're based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days working remotely.
