About the role

A typical day could include designing marketing materials, creating digital graphics, editing photos and videos, supporting content development projects, and collaborating with team members on creative initiatives. The intern will work directly with the team to execute projects, receive feedback, and help produce content that is used across the organization.

Application Timeline

We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.

Location and Work Schedule

COUNTRY is headquartered in Bloomington, IL and our corporate internship program follows a hybrid schedule. If you’re based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days working remotely. For roles posted as remote, candidates who live more than 50 miles from Bloomington, IL may qualify for a fully remote arrangement.
