Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Manager of MarTech to join the Marketing Department and advance our marketing technology ecosystem while ensuring data integrity across the organization. This hybrid role is based in Addison/Farmers Branch, TX, supporting 225+ gyms nationwide, with in-office Mondays and Fridays and Tue-Thu flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology, analytics, or related ops role.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Hands-on with MarTech systems (email/CDP/workflow/CRM).
• Strong data governance, data mapping, and API/ETL familiarity.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-location/franchise models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance standards across marketing systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor data hygiene and system integrations in marketing platforms.
• Support marketing analytics initiatives and develop BI dashboards.
• Participate in QA and rollout of new MarTech solutions; document tests and defects.
• Assist with documentation, training materials, and user enablement.
• Support audience segmentation within CDP for campaigns.
