EōS Fitness in Euless, Texas is seeking a passionate Fitness Manager to lead the personal training team and drive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, ensuring a high-quality fitness experience for members.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus!
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Personal Training sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team for onboarding.
• Hire and supervise staff members, including Personal Trainers.
• Manage payroll process for staff.
• Ensure all fitness staff have appropriate certifications.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff members.
• Ensure high-quality customer service.
