Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a talented Manager of MarTech to advance our marketing technology ecosystem and ensure data integrity across 225+ gym locations nationwide. Base in Addison/Farmers Branch, TX with a hybrid full-time schedule (Mon & Fri in office; Tue-Thu optional).

You will bridge Marketing, IT, and external partners to optimize campaigns and analytics. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing tech or analytics, experience with BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker, and a solid grasp

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology, analytics, or related operations.
• Experience with BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Hands-on with MarTech systems (email/SMS, CDP, CRM).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data structures, and system integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience participating in or leading QA processes for technology rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance standards across marketing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop BI dashboards and translate marketing data into actionable insights.
• Support rollout of marketing technology solutions with rigorous QA testing.
• Oversee daily operations, identify workflow improvements and platform performance.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and enterprise architecture teams.
