Job summary

U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) invites a Software Engineer – Marketing Systems & Integrations to enhance Marketo-based workflows and cross‑system data quality. You’ll configure campaigns, manage data governance, and collaborate with IT and Sales Ops to ensure scalable, compliant processes.

You will work on API integrations, field mappings, and campaign automation while maintaining secure access and platform health in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 1-2 years in a technical, engineering, or systems support role.
• HTML/CSS knowledge; JavaScript exposure a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support account creation, access permissions, and role governance across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical configurations and scalable templates.
• Maintain platform architecture, folder structures, tokens, and program frameworks.
• Build field mappings and synchronization logic between marketing platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Test forms, landing pages, and assets in Sandbox/Production using HTML/CSS.
• Troubleshoot sync issues and assist with data governance and compliance.
