Job summary

BioSpace is seeking a Marketing Automation Support Specialist to configure and optimize marketing automation platforms, manage campaigns, and ensure CRM integrations.

You will troubleshoot synchronization issues, support platform updates, monitor health and performance, and maintain data quality. A technical degree or equivalent experience is required with 1–2 years in a technical/support role; HTML/CSS knowledge is expected, CRM/MA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 1–2 years in a technical, engineering, or systems support role.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of structured data and integration concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Marketing automation or CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve marketing automation platforms through configuration, user and access management, campaign workflows, and CRM integrations.
• Maintain data quality and system reliability by troubleshooting synchronization issues, supporting platform updates, and monitoring system health and campaign performance.
