Job summary

MB2 Dental Solutions is seeking a Marketing Integration Specialist to oversee and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem, vendor partnerships, and operational workflows. You will build scalable systems, partner across Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Business Systems, and ensure consistency and visibility across platforms and integrations.

This role supports onboarding for new partner practices and De Novo offices, with a focus on process documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, vendor management, or systems integration.
• Experience managing marketing platforms, software tools, or external vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Ability to work independently while building scalable processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem, platforms, and integrations.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Business Systems teams to support integrations, workflows, and operational consistency.
• Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, including performance management, recurring meetings, and reporting reviews.
• Evaluate new vendors, technologies, and AI tools to identify scalable solutions and process improvements.
• Support onboarding and integration efforts for newly acquired partner practices and De Novo offices.
• Build and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and reporting across marketing systems and vendors.
• Analyze vendor and platform reporting to identify trends, improve visibility, and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, system connectivity, and operational efficiency across the marketing organization.
