MB2 Dental in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team. You will own and optimize brand campaigns across digital, print, social, and email channels, and craft engaging content that reflects the MB2 voice.

You’ll develop SEO- and AI-assisted content, create Canva graphics, and collaborate with internal teams to uphold brand standards while driving visibility and growth. The role offers professional growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Graphic design experience using Canva.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, execution, and monitoring of brand marketing campaigns across channels (digital, print, social, email).
• Create engaging content that aligns with the brand voice (blogs, email campaigns, website copy).
• Develop SEO- and AI-focused content to improve online visibility.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, campaign development, and marketing asset production.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and tone.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials, flyers, brochures, and other branded assets.
• Create visually compelling graphics using Canva, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing content.
