Asure Software is looking for a Marketing Systems Architect who will lead the strategy and administration of marketing technology, primarily HubSpot, and ensure seamless collaboration with Revenue Operations. This role requires a self-starter with 7+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B environment.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, maintaining dashboards, and implementing sales enablement strategies. The salary range for this position is $115,000 – $125,000 annually, complemented by excellent benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment.
• 3+ years owning HubSpot in a complex B2B setting.
• Strong experience partnering with Revenue Operations and Sales.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and optimization of HubSpot and marketing technology.
• Build and optimize workflows that support the buyer's journey.
• Maintain dashboards to measure marketing performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
