SERVPRO of Marietta West is hiring a Marketing Support Administrator to blend sales support with marketing operations. You’ll manage referrals, build reports, and grow social channels while coordinating content that showcases our team and community impact.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales/marketing support, strong communication, and solid MS office/tech skills. Part-time hours, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with sales and marketing support.
• Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing administration including referral source follow-up and database management.
• Create reports and gather data on job leads and online performance.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Develop content that highlights employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishments.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platforms.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities.
• Attend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and content.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Track social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement.
• Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals.
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
