SERVPRO of Marietta West is seeking a Marketing Support Administrator to join our team. In this role you will handle sales and marketing administration, manage referrals, create reports, and grow our social media presence across platforms.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales/marketing support experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with sales and marketing support.
• Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Background check may be required by law.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/restoration or insurance industry is desired.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing administration including referral source follow-up and database management
• Create reports and gather data on job leads and online performance
• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop content that highlights our employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishments
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities
• Attend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and content
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Track social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement
• Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detail

Position Requirements

• Two years’ experience with sales and marketing support
• Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired

Hours

• 20+ hours/week; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay Rate

$17 - $19 per hours (Competitive pay based on experience)
